主動軸襯套孔與從動軸孔磨損的修理:主動軸襯套孔磨損后,可用鉸削方法消除磨損,然后配用加大至相應(yīng)尺寸的襯套。從動軸孔磨損也以鉸削法消除磨損,然后按鉸削后孔的實際尺寸配制從動軸泵殼內(nèi)腔的修理:泵殼內(nèi)腔磨損后,一般采取內(nèi)腔鑲套法修復(fù),即將內(nèi)腔搪大后鑲配鑄鐵或鋼襯套。鑲套后,將內(nèi)腔搪到要求的尺寸,并把伸出端面的襯套磨去,使其與泵殼結(jié)合面平齊。。
閥座的修理:限壓閥有球形閥和柱塞式閥兩種。球形閥座磨損后,可將一鋼球放在閥座上,然后用金屬棒輕輕敲擊鋼球,直到球閥與閥座密合為止。如閥座磨損嚴(yán)重,可先鉸削除去磨痕,再用上法使之密合。柱塞式閥座磨損后,可放入少許氣門砂進(jìn)行研磨,直到密合為止。齒輪泵齒輪磨損主要是在齒厚部位,而齒輪端面和齒頂?shù)哪p都相對較輕。齒輪在齒厚部位都是單側(cè)磨損,所以可將齒輪翻轉(zhuǎn)180度使用。當(dāng)齒輪端面磨損時,可將端面磨平,同時研磨潤滑油泵殼體結(jié)合面,以保證齒輪油泵端面與泵蓋的間隙在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍內(nèi)。。

目前的設(shè)計思路往往是帶有半經(jīng)驗性質(zhì),因為有些問題是要經(jīng)過實踐摸索改進(jìn)。實際運行時配油盤的運轉(zhuǎn)還欠可靠,濟(jì)南鑄造機械研究所針對CY14-1型軸向柱塞泵的這種配油盤易燒損的故障,在CY14-1B型泵中設(shè)計了一種新型配油機構(gòu)。就是在柱塞腔換向時易燒損的輔助支承處引入壓力油液,進(jìn)行強制潤滑,這樣缸體的盲孔A當(dāng)與B孔接通時,立即充滿壓力油液,進(jìn)行潤滑輔助支承,同時還起一定的靜壓支承作用,減少了燒盤故障。 另外,人們又想到早期的配油機構(gòu),這一循環(huán)是上升到靜平壓平衡的基礎(chǔ)上,滾動體只承受很小一部分載荷。。
